HOW DO I MAKE A PARTY RESERVATION?

You can call Jennifer Womack at (949) 294-3330, or fill out the Request Information form on this page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We require a Policies and Agreement Contract for you to return, along with a $100 non-refundable deposit to book your party date. 


HOW LONG ARE THE PARTIES?

All Party Packages are between 1.5 to 2.5 hours long.  We will arrive approximately 
1 hour before the party for set-up, and leave approximately 45 minutes after the allotted time for clean-up.  Times can vary depending upon the number of kids, and how fast the girls move through the activities.


WHAT DAYS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES?

At this time, we host parties on Saturdays and Sundays only.


DO YOU APPLY ANY SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?

YES!  We offer a 10% discount off of the total party cost for all Girl Scout Troops.  This discount is limited to the Troops only (paid out of Troop Fund), not for birthdays of a Girl Scout.  We also give a 10% discount to families of the Military. 

WHAT CITIES DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

There will be no extra charge to travel to your location that is within 20 miles of the Irvine, 92604 Area Code.  If you are more than 20 miles away (but less than 30 miles), we will charge an additional $25.00 to your party package. If you are between 30 -40 miles away, the travel fee is $40.00. If you are between 40-50 miles away, the travel fee is $60.00.  At this time, we do not travel more than 50 miles to host parties.... UPDATE:  DURING COVID WE ARE ONLY TRAVELING UP TO 25 MILES FROM OUR LOCATION.


WHERE CAN I HOLD MY PARTY?

Party Angels 2 Go will host your party in your home, backyard, or apartment clubhouse.  We do not host parties in Hotels, Apartments, or Parks where there is not easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to bring in.  There must be suitable space for all activities, and there must be electrical outlets and a sink with warm water close-by for Spa Parties. Please check for additional fees or insurance requirements for all Clubhouses, as that is a fee that we do not cover.


DO I NEED TO PROVIDE DECORATIONS?

We leave that up to you.  Party Angels 2 Go will bring themed decorations for tables and all activities, but we don't bring balloons or streamers, etc, or put anything on your walls.  You can make your party as simple or extravagant as you like!


HOW MANY KIDS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PARTY?

Our Party Packages are equipped for between 8 – 20 children. An additional per person fee will be charged for more than the number of children included in your Package. You can have less than that, but the package price will still be the same.  If your party is for less than 8 children, we can offer additional services or upgrades, depending on the number of children attending... just ask! 


CAN BOYS COME TO MY PARTY?

YES!  Boys can be included into any of our parties, and we can accommodate "boy-themed" activities into most of our parties.  Please let me know in advance if any boys will be attending.  


DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

YES, we can provide Food for an additional fee... see ADD-ON's page for details.  You can provide your own food, but please do not include any food or drinks with dark colors into your menu that could stain and ruin the costumes and linens. We will provide the Pink Lemonade if included in your package, as well as food display plates or platters, and cupcake holder if requested. Please ask if you need ideas of what food would be appropriate.  We do not provide the Cake or Cupcakes, so please plan to make or purchase that separately....Chocolate Cake and Cupcakes are okay, but not to be eaten with our Princess dresses or Spa Robes on.
