HOW DO I MAKE A PARTY RESERVATION?
You can call or text Jennifer Womack at (949) 294-3330, or you can send an email to PartyAngels2Go@yahoo.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We require a Policies and Agreement Contract for you to return, along with a $100 non-refundable deposit to book your party date.
DO YOU HOST CUSTOM PARTIES?
No, we do not offer custom parties, however, we have many different colors and options to choose from. Party themes and packages are hosted "as is" and cannot be altered or changed, but you can add any extras from our ADD-ON's page for an additional fee.
HOW LONG ARE THE PARTIES?
All Party Packages are between 1.5 to 2.5 hours long. We will arrive approximately
1 hour before the party for set-up, and leave approximately 45 minutes after the allotted time for clean-up. Times can vary depending upon the number of kids, and how fast the girls move through the activities.
WHAT DAYS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES?
At this time, we host parties on Saturdays and Sundays only.
WHAT CITIES DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
There will be no extra charge to travel to your location that is within 20 miles of my address in Irvine.
If you are between 20-25 miles away, there is an additional charge of $25.00 added to your party package. If you are between 25-30 miles away, the travel fee is $40.00. If you are between 30-35 miles away, the travel fee is $60.00. If you are between 35-40 miles away, the travel fee is $80.00. If you are between 40-50 miles away, the travel fee is $100.00. At this time, we do not travel more than 50 miles to host parties.
WHERE CAN I HOLD MY PARTY?
Party Angels 2 Go will host your party in your home, backyard, or apartment clubhouse. We do not host parties in Hotels, Community Centers, Apartments, or Parks where there is not easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry back and forth. All parties must be on the first floor, as we cannot carry items upstairs (whether inside the venue or outside of the venue). There must be suitable space for all activities, as well as electrical outlets and a sink with warm water close-by for Spa Parties. If party is held outside, please note that we require a shaded area, as it can get too hot in direct sunshine. We can set up on a patio (recommended), and in grass that is completely dry, although we cannot set up in the dirt. Please check for additional fees or insurance requirements for all Clubhouses, as that is a fee that we do not cover.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE DECORATIONS?
We leave that up to you. Party Angels 2 Go will bring themed decorations for tables and all activities, but we don't bring balloons or streamers, etc, or put anything on your walls. You can make your party as simple or extravagant as you like!
HOW MANY KIDS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PARTY?
Our Party Packages are equipped for between 8 – 14 children. An additional per person fee will be charged for more than 8 children. You can have less than that, but the package price will still be the same. If your party is for less than 8 children, we can offer additional services or upgrades, depending on the number of children attending... just ask! If you have more than 14 children attending your party, please contact us for options.
CAN BOYS COME TO MY PARTY?
YES! Boys can be included into any of our parties, however, we do not have separate activities for them. Please let me know in advance if any boys will be attending.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?
NO, however, for Spa parties you can provide your own food to be eaten during waiting periods / stations, but please do not include any food or drinks with dark colors into your menu that could stain and ruin the costumes and linens (such as hot chocolate, chocolate fountains, or bright colored punch and drinks). We do not provide a separate time for food to be eaten (other than for the Tea Party), so if you would like a sit-down meal with your guests, please make sure to do that before or after our portion of the party time in a separate area. We will provide the Pink Lemonade if included in your package. We do not provide the Cake or Cupcakes, and we do not provide a time for your Cake and Birthday Song ... that is to be done after our services in a separate area during our clean-up, as many frostings have strong dyes in them and can ruin our linens and costumes / robes.
